TUM - Leaves

Okay - I am going to be very American right now and say omg! OMG!  OMG!!  What the heck happened to October and November?  This year as flown by and I don't know how we got to Christmas carols and twinkly lights so fast.  I also don't know how I fell so, so far behind.  So here we go, quick catch up this morning . . . and we begin with Mariette:

Love it, I can just picture lying on a blanket under the tree, a light breeze blowing and the shade dappling and dancing across my face.  Ahh - if only us big people in our busy worlds took time to lie on blankets under trees.  My pic:

This was on one of our many walks.  Kira LOVES her walks, she gets excited if we drive down a road with lots of trees because she thinks we are going to stop and get out.  I love our walks too, always so pleasant and as evidenced by my many 'outdoorsy' photos, the scenery is always changing and there is always something to look at.  And I found this:
